i did my best to stick to the prompt as well as i could?? whispy and elegant was difficult to get with a request for "more jewelry than clothes". because of this it took quite a few attempts to nail down a design that i felt got as close to what you wanted as possible. i hope the palette is alright!! i did add more pink in than i was hoping, but i think it got the more spacial look you were wanting. the ribbons, i imagine, would be able to summon specks of lights and stars (think glittery!!) when he dances with them!! along with the cloak, too!!
