When Cato looks into mirrors, it isn’t himself he sees - or at least that’s what he claims. He sees something that looks like him, but it doesn’t look at him. At least not with the same expression he has on his face. But it isn’t just that. He also sees other things in mirrors. Demons, perhaps. Or ghosts. He’s not certain, as he never gives them more than a quick glance before getting as far away as possible.

He lives without ever actually looking at himself in a mirror because of these mysterious entities that haunt him. No one is sure if he’s actually seeing anything, or if he’s simply noticed some shadows and let his mind wander too far. He is a creative type, so it isn’t too farfetched of an idea.

Cato loves painting, dancing, modeling and singing to keep his mind off his lurking fears. He’s quiet and sweet, if not a bit irrational - and he's very handsome, too. He enjoys his modeling gigs as a way to see himself. Sometimes his fears make it hard to get along with him because he refuses to go anywhere with mirrors, and sometimes talks endlessly about the possibilities of what he’s seeing in them. He has a hard time making friends because of it, but he can’t go without explaining why he tosses blankets over every mirror when he’s visiting friends, or suddenly runs out of the house when he spots one of those monstrosities. Because of his overwhelming fear and anxieties controlling his life, he often keeps to himself, even though he is probably the kindest of the puppies.
