PERSONAL SKILL

Daigo couldn't rely on his smarts to get him by, but realized brawn is in big demand. Naturally a big boy, he worked hard on his muscles and strength and eventually became the wall he is today. In a fight, he relies on being the first punch and ending it quickly. His other stats could use some polishing, but he also isn't found in very many fights.

About

Daigo doesn't know too much about himself. He is one of the many children who went on to live as an orphan at a very young, tender age. His wanderings would not last long- at least, lone wandering. Eventually, he met a fellow homeless, orphaned child: Souji.

Souji was two years older than him, and Daigo relied heavily on the boy to survive. The two became inseparable. Much of it was Souji providing for Daigo; but the younger boy was not content with this set up. He wanted to provide for Souji as well. At 8 years old, he bumped into a couple he had never seen in the woods before near their makeshift home: Sai and Kazuki.

The two men noted that Daigo definitely was a homeless boy, and offered assistance to him if he helped them out. Sheepishly, through childlike purity and concern, Daigo asked if Souji could also be sheltered. The two men agreed, and ever since then they have been raised as essentially their sons. 

NOTABLE MOMENTS IN TIMELINE 1 & 2

Daigo does not seem to play a major role in TL1 and TL2. He was alive and in Sai and Kazuki's home at the end of both TL1 and TL2. 

NOTABLE MOMENTS IN TIMELINE 3

Daigo so far has not played a major role in TL3. He refuses to leave Sai and Kazuki's sides, especially when he realizes Souji is most likely going to move out to live with his new lover, Mugi. 

Relationships

Souji [ friend, brother figure ]

The first friend Daigo ever made. The two met as orphaned children, fending for one another until they were both picked up by Sai and Kazuki. Despite this, they do not see one another as brothers, but more like best friends raised together. They have a lot of the same values and traits, and almost seem to mirror each other. Helpful boys, with positive auras who look out for one another. 

Sai Shotoku [ father figure ]

One of the two men that found Daigo and Souji all those years ago. Sai is definitely the stern parental figure of the two, and provides the stable ground and backbone to their family. This does not mean Sai is unapproachable though, and Daigo comes to Sai when he needs serious advice or the like. He likes to think of Sai as the more "motherly" figure of the couple. He's thankful for Sai's realistic approach to life, but kind words and soft temperament. 

Kazuki Shotoku [ father figure ]

One of the two men that found Daigo and Souji all those years ago. Kazuki is the relaxed half of the couple, and definitely radiates the more casual "dad" vibe. He admires Kazuki's gentle joking and how his charm seems to win everybody over. Kazuki helps create the warm atmosphere that the family knows so well, and Daigo does his best to embody this as well. He's thankful for Kazuki's optimistic approach to life, with his understanding attitude and silly nature.
