Personality

Kappa is a Rogue Paralogos who lives in a little home at the base of a large, decayed tree, where a few pecan trees at different ages grow nearby, planted or replanted by Kappa. He spends his time hanging out with other Paralogos at or near his home, or by going out to explore for a few days at a time if the weather is good. Somehow, he's managed to find a few young pecan plants since finding this area, so he decided to stay here and look for any more that may turn up. There are a few by his home that he enjoys napping or reading underneath, though most are still relatively young (visual representation coming some day).

From time to time, Kappa usually ventures into the more populated Sermos area (or other cities and areas) to check in on events or visit friends. Especially when he may have a batch of pecan harvest to sell, though he likes to use many himself he will sell some.

He enjoys baking! Though his tree home does not have an oven (or a source of power, lol) at this time.

Story

Home

One day, when Kappa (wordfocus: Pecan) was wandering, searching for a place to call home, their lights started to glow. They followed where their feet led them, and they eventually realized they had been tracking down this pecan sprout with their magic. It had been torn out of the ground, probably by some wild animal, and it was lying close to the base of a tall, large, decayed tree. Kappa picked up the sprout and studied it closely.

How did it get here? Did an animal or Linguan bring it here? Are there more pecan trees nearby?

Kappa didn't have a way to answer these questions, but they knew they needed to help this sapling. They planted it a little ways away from the tree so its roots would have plenty of room to grow. But Kappa was still worried for this poor little sprout. So they decided to stay with it for a while to keep watch, and to ensure the sprout grew into a proper young tree after being replanted. But as time went on, they still wanted to stay. With the lack of greenery and natural products at all in Lingua, the chances of finding another pecan sprout were low. And after they've stayed here for so long keeping watch over this sapling, they wouldn't want to transplant it again to move it with them. So, Kappa decided to stay with the tree and construct a small home around the decayed tree and the young pecan tree to keep watch over the pecan sprout -- and any more it may produce.
