Monsterous Blast (cantrip)
A beam of crackling energy streaks toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 force damage.
The spell creates more than one beam when you reach higher levels: two beams at 5th level, three beams at 11th level, and four beams at 17th level. You can direct the beams at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each beam.
Mage Hand (cantrip)
A spectral, floating hand appears at a point you choose within range. The hand lasts for the duration or until you dismiss it as an action. The hand vanishes if it is ever more than 30 feet away from you or if you cast this spell again.
You can use your action to control the hand. You can use the hand to manipulate an object, open an unlocked door or container, stow or retrieve an item from an open container, or pour the contents out of a vial. You can move the hand up to 30 feet each time you use it.
The hand can't attack, activate magic items, or carry more than 10 pounds.
Prestidigitation (cantrip)
This spell is a minor magical trick that novice spellcasters use for practice. You create one of the following magical effects within range: You create an instantaneous, harmless sensory effect, such as a shower of sparks, a puff of wind, faint musical notes, or an odd odor. You instantaneously light or snuff out a candle, a torch, or a small campfire. You instantaneously clean or soil an object no larger than 1 cubic foot. You chill, warm, or flavor up to 1 cubic foot of nonliving material for 1 hour. You make a color, a small mark, or a symbol appear on an object or a surface for 1 hour. You create a nonmagical trinket or an illusory image that can fit in your hand and that lasts until the end of your next turn.
If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have up to three of its non-instantaneous effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as an action.

Healing Word (1st)
A creature of your choice that you can see within range regains hit points equal to 1d4 + your spellcasting ability modifier. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the healing increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 1st.

Features & Traits

Spellcasting
You can cast known bard spells using CHA as your spellcasting modifier (Spell DC 15, Spell Attack +7) and known bard spells as rituals if they have the ritual tag. You can use a musical instrument as a spellcasting focus.
Bardic Inspiration
As a bonus action, a creature (other than you) within 60 ft. that can hear you gains an inspiration die (1d6). For 10 minutes, the creature can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome.
Jack of All Trades
You can add half your proficiency bonus, rounded down ( +1 ), to any ability check you make that doesn’t already include it.
Song of Rest
If you or any friendly creatures who can hear your performance regain hit points at the end of the short rest by spending one or more Hit Dice, each of those creatures regains an extra 1d6 hit points.

As a bonus action, spend one use of Bardic Inspiration to grant 5 temporary HP to up to 4 creatures you can see and that can see you within 60 ft. Each creature can immediately use its reaction to move up to its speed, without provoking opportunity attacks.
Enthralling Performance
Once per short rest, you can choose 4 creatures that watched and listened to you perform for 1 minute. Each target makes a WIS saving throw (DC 15) and is charmed if it fails for 1 hour, or until it takes any damage, you attack it, or it sees you attack or damage its allies.

You gain proficiency in the Deception and Persuasion skills.

You can see in darkness (shades of gray) up to 60 ft.
Keen Senses
You have proficiency in the Perception skill.
Fey Ancestry
You have advantage on saves against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
Trance
You don't need to sleep, but meditate semiconsciously for 4 hours a day. While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
Fey Step
Once per short rest as a bonus action, you can magically teleport up to 30 ft. to an unoccupied space you can see. [3rd] Your Fey Step gains an additional effect based on your current season (DC 15 if the effect requires a saving throw).

Frosty Breath
During moments of strong emotion, Tu's breath hangs in the air as though it were a cold winter's day.
Sleepy
Despite having no need to sleep, Tu still opts to sleep at any given chance he gets. He loves sleeping!

Tu has remarkabley carnivorous teeth that sometimes have a hard time fitting in his mouth, especially when he laughs or smiles largely.
