Setting
⇀ Up Until Now
The US saw a shift in its democracy and justice system around 2030. People around the country were being arrested on unknown accounts and weren't to be seen again. Deputies assured that prisoners were safe and were going to be given a fair trial but none ever occurred. Resistance groups were quickly put down and civil rights slowly stripped.
In late 2031, the symptoms of a new disease showed itself. The iris's in people's eyes began to fade and blend into the sclera, many reported hallucinations and being unable to control impulses. Conspiracies floated around that the government had created this virus to weaken the American people and their ability to resist the government.
In 2032, elections were held for a new President of the United States. A compassionate leader vowing to solve America's corrupt government was elected into office with such popularity that all the candidate needed to do was stay alive to get elected. The new President worked hard to fix the state of the government but as the weeks went by, their eagerness was fading. They seemed to be less ambitious to pass laws fixing the rights stripped from citizens during the previous years. They seemed to interact with the press and the people less, and whenever they were seen, they seemed dazed. The vivid confidence that had once lit their eyes had faded. The bills given to them for the people's rights were getting vetoed now. The people were confused and devastated that their president, who so compassionately vowed to help the American people, was now turning against them. Nobody in the government seemed to be interested in helping the people.
Resistance built up but was always violently put down and discouraged. Anyone suspected of being in a resistance group was arrested suddenly and disappeared without a trace. The disease became more widespread. Any research devoted to the disease was defunded immediately, which raised suspicion among the people. Symptoms seemed to be getting worse, seeming almost rabies-like. The disease had eaten away at some people's irises entirely, leaving an empty white eye left. They seemed out of it entirely, compliant to any command given to them, no matter how violent or self-detrimental. ~
Personality

She's childish and playful. She likes to mess around with the other people in the house. She's also very affectionate and loving. She loves cute things and cute girls and will squeal with joy upon seeing either. She tends to bounce around other people and has a very optimistic can-do attitude. Her light-hearted humor and sarcasm keep her upbeat in most upsetting situations. She has a tendency to blabber a whole bunch if given and opportunity to tell a story.
She has some deeply hidden self-confidence issues that she bottles up and hides. Any negative emotion gets bottled up. In reality, she doesn't think she's good enough for people. She doubts that she's worthy of dating Eve, or that anyone should care about her.

Olivia is fairly short with a small frame standing only at about 5'2". She has light brown skin and dark brown eyes with a round face and small button nose. Her eyes are big and round. She has dark brown hair dyed purple with bangs and her hair is kept in low pigtails. Her body is rather shapeless but pretty skinny.

History

Olivia grew up in a small house with her 4 older siblings and parents. Her siblings used to pick on her a lot because she was small and couldn't hear. She lost her hearing at a young age due to an illness. She can read English and Spanish from people's lips and was a very loud talker.
⇀ Family
Olivia has a large family consisting of her 3 older brothers, older sister, and her parents, making her the youngest child. Her brothers would pick on her by sneaking up behind her and grabbing or shaking her; scaring her in the process. Nobody in her family bothered to learn sign language for her. Her family didn't have much money to spend other than essentials
Relationships
 ⇀Alex [ Sibling-like Friends ]While Alex and Olivia haven't been friends for a very long time, they have taken on sibling roles for each other. Alex sees Olivia as his little sister, and Olivia sees Alex as her older brother. While they both do actually these types of siblings, they still see each other in such a sense. They idealize each other as perfect siblings because they haven't dealt with each other their entire lives. |

Brook and Olivia share rooms and Brook yells at Olivia for having too many stuffed animals and making the room messy. Olivia thinks Brook should calm down and stop yelling at everyone. Brook wants to braid Olivia's hair. Olivia likes Brook's art and fashion sketches. |
