Species
Kirsi is a regional variant kangaskhan native to the colder north whose coloration is more suited to blending into snow and ice. Aside from her altered colors her most notable physical feature is the ice crystals that hang from her ears, three on each side strung together by a nearly invisible 'thread'. These crystals have no defined shape and often change between one day and the next though the number remains the same. Yuki and sometimes Rin can also usually be found hiding in her pouch.
Personality
Kirsi is a protective mother but as long as the children stay together she tries to let them play unsupervised from time to time. She does her best to raise them right and is very much a gentle giant. She rarely gets aggressive, preferring to try and talk things out first, but if pushed she knows how to use force keep her little ones safe.
History
Kirsi's history isn't really known, she's spent most of her life roaming her home territory and rarely strays far from it. At some point in the past she separated from her original herd after falling for a snow snorlax and spent a few years with him. That relationship didn't really pan out in the end though and she split from him before Yuki and Rin hatched to stake claim to what is now her territory. Since she's been a single mother trying to raise two kids with only a vague idea of what she's supposed to be doing, especially when it comes to Rin.
