Basics
In a city that moves, walls are made of gold and paths are of light. It is not a place for those who cannot withstand heat : but for those who can, beauty is in every touch. It is Geis' vision, down to the bones of gods who it was built from.
Geis is a Titan, rather than a God - he is the embodiment of, rather than one who tries to control. It is a foolish thing, to control fire, when it will burn itself out or consume all in front of it: it is better to be such a thing. A careful peace is kept now, though he has disdain for those who think themselves better than a Titan, simply because he chooses to stay in one place.
He gets plenty of visitors, even still. And those that are beautiful, he keeps. And such, his city grows.

Virtues
Geis loves to watch something grow. For a flame to become a wildfire is the greatest of pleasures. As such, he is often a patron to heroes and villains both : He will lend arms and wisdom to those who ask. If they can be used properly, then he is pleased. His greatest delight comes from growing his city, a labyrinth of goldstone and bronze, bright enough that looking too long might hurt the eyes of the unwary. It dims with the setting sun, but even still, there is always light in his city of gold. The streets cool enough that even mortals can step forth. The city moves from place to place, and Geis does not look down on what treasures might be created by other souls. Treasures may leave the city, as long as something of equal measure is left in return. And eventually, even all that has left is collected, in the end.
Vices
Geis surrounds himself with light and beauty as much as possible. But shadows always form. Geis sees great beauty in destruction, in the way something is consumed an unmade. As such, his actions and gifts almost always lead to chaos.
He puts his city first, and he considers its inhabitants as part of that- and he believes those who live in should understand that as well, though not everyone shares this alignment. While he will always make sure there is space and food both, he will reshape places to his will.
