 -  INFO - "X is a goofy ghost with a love of partying and playing pranks on his fellow Somnians. He's a huge goofball, and is always looking to make people smile. X can seem a bit intimidating at first, being very loud and snarky as well as kind of off his rocker-- however don't worry, X is one of the most fun and genuine people in Somnio!Formerly a very popular party planner; since X's death he's refused to move on with his existence and has stayed in Morn. He now lives in a well in the main hub of the All, away from the rest of Morn. Best friends with First, X is constantly following her around on missions despite not being employed by the king. He has nothing better to do with his afterlife, so..." "Misc/other basic details: • While X's head is flesh, X's body is actually made of a ghostly water, with a strange X floating in it. Because of this, X's body can shapeshift! He can also fly and take off his head. • • The X on his body can be drawn anywhere from the neck down! • • X in canon is a ghost, however he does have an alive form you can draw! • • X is very flirty, but does not have a romantic interest nor is he planned to ever have one. - GAME INFO - " ROLE IN GAME - MAIN CHARACTER X is one of the main three characters in Somnio's story, and he helps Day on his journey through the unfamiliar kingdom of Morn. X is the most unhinged of the three, making him most accustomed to Morn's crazy community as a whole. Though his death, goals, and past relationships are shrouded in mystery, X's role is mostly as a wacky comic-relief sidekick who cheers on the other two. The game starts with Day being created, meeting First and X upon waking up in Morn. X trusts Day from the start, and helps him warm up to his more threatening and loud friend, First. The first chapter of the game for Somnio is currently planned to mostly set up the world and introduce the characters, and involves X and First following and helping Day set up a party for his arrival. X helps a lot with the social aspect of this job, and is the one to introduce Day to people for the most part. X's storyline and conflict does not really become apparent in the first chapter, though you will learn more about him and his past eventually. This first chapter is the beginning of around five or six chapters which are all being planned. A game is being developed, however does not have a release date yet. It will likely not be complete for a long, long time." | - fun facts - "Lives In - A well in the hub of the All Facts: - X has an alternate "hypnotized" set of eyes, originating from his original debut in "Audience". These set of eyes are canon and can be drawn instead of his normal ones, though I can't really spoil how I plan to use them yet.- X does not need to eat as a ghost, and anything he eats goes right through him... literally. Despite this he is the character you see eating the most in the game, and he talks about being hungry despite that being impossible. - Though X is a ghost and can be drawn with a transparent body, in-game he's currently planned to not be transparent as this makes the art easier to make for me. So- if you're drawing him as a ghost, feel free to make him a solid white - I mean if it's easier for me I'd imagine it'd be easier for you? LOL - It is literally a dream to own X, he's a character I've loved since I found about him in around ~2013, and he is among one of my favorite ocs that I've ever owned. Obtaining him was a huge milestone and accomplishment for me, and I hope to one day show everyone why I adore him so much through this game. - X was originally a main character in Lupisvulpes's pilot Audience, before being sold off with the rest of the cast. Please do not associate him with this former project-- his new story is completely different and I do not own the rights to audience or any characters from it besides Day/First/X. As well please do not associate him with his creator. - X was adopted by me 11/22/2022. Smells like - y'know the watery smell on like... theme park boat rides? Like pirates of the Caribbean ?? yeah, that. Favorite Food - potato chips and slushies Favorite belongings - his comic books Usual Coffee Shop Order - The most unhealthy drink on the menu, which he will proceed to pour dozens of packets of sugar into. Various inspirations, muses, and characters/media/ things I relate him to: • Though not directly based off of them- X in my mind is related to Sans from Undertale just by proxy of being First's best friend, who's personality was based off both Papyrus and Undyne. He and First have a sort of sans/papyrus dynamic, though besides being a jokester who annoys his best friend he and Sans aren't that similar. • X is often related to party/birthday/parade/carnival imagery. • Somnio is inspired a lot by Animal Crossing, and X is somewhat inspired by Lazy Villagers. • X's current story is inspired a lot by some of my favorite songs; including several Tally Hall ones and Ghosting by Mother Mother- BUT if I had to pick a song that influenced his story the most, my choice would be 30/90. • Each of my main three have a specific flower I relate to them, which is cheesy but y'know... currently Day is sunflowers, First is roses, and X is daisies, but this may change. • I relate each of my main three to the Sun, Moon, and Stars. I associate X with the stars! • Songs I relate with X: Playlist• Various other characters X is similar to in role/personality are: Pinkie Pie (MLP), Vampire Cookie (crk), Various disney sidekicks (Mushu and Genie immediately come to mind), Dewy Duck (Ducktales, specifically the Reboot)" |
 - old GAME INFO (OUTDATED) - " Somnio before it's current form has had several older variations of both it's story, cast, and world. The original plan for Somnio was an RPGmaker game-- and prior to me owning X I had made one as a test (information about this game can be found on Day's Profile). However I ended up selling a majority of the cast featured in this game to specifically buy X, so the entirety of Somnio's plot was changed to allow him to be a protagonist. It is important to mention that before X's inclusion in Somnio, Day had a different cast of friends which is featured in this old game, and First was not as prevalent. After purchasing X, Somnio's world had to be rewritten entirely as a majority of the cast was gone. This sounds sad, but honestly I feel was the best decision ever as I am much more happy with my current cast. After a while of ownership, I finally had a big enough cast and idea to begin a new game, which was not finished as I decided pretty far in that I disliked the setting and wanted to make a few final changes to my world. This game's setting was not the more surreal one Somnio is now, and Morn was a fairytale-esque kingdom. The start of the game had you waking X up from his well, before being set on a fetch quest by the ruler of Morn, whom was also a different character and not Prince Porkchop. Though the story has changed a lot since this scrapped game, I don't plan on sharing the entirety of my past plans in case I reuse some ideas for my currently planned project. - RELATIONSHIPS - " FIRST - BEST FRIEND • X and First have been friends since his death, and are very close. First sometimes gets annoyed by X's jokes and humor, but X never pushes her too far or makes her seriously upset. They do everything together, and there's never a moment they're apart! They don't know much about eachother's pasts, but neither of them feel like they need to." " DAY - BEST FRIEND/THIRD WHEEL• Day and X start out as strangers, but soon become good friends. Day can get annoyed with X's antics at times, but the two enjoy the other's company usually and love to talk about various myths, and they love exploring together. "

" " Majority of Morn • X has a lot of relationships and a past history in Morn, one that becomes more apparent as the story goes on. A lot of it is spoilers so I won't be sharing too many details, but a lot if not most of his relationships with his fellow Somnians be summed up in phrase; it's complicated. A lot of people seemed to once have cared for X, and at one point he seemingly was an active member in a lot of people's lives, but now nobody really seems to know what to think of him... not even the villains. " " REM - PET • Rem is a character based off my IRL cat, and though I didn't plan for him to be canon he currently is, at least for now as a placeholder of sorts. Rem's role in story is as a save checkpoint, and he is a creature who only few characters can see. He is a lot like Day/X/First's adopted pet, and can be drawn with them as such!" | |

X was based loosely off Bill Cypher, and was a casino owner if I am remembering correctly... This AU has been retired as of 2024, and it's concept will be reused at a later date, albeit with many changes. • - HUMAN AU - • X came with a few human drawings upon his purchase- however note none of these are canon and I ask you don't draw him as human for owed/gift art before asking. - UPCOMING AU CONCEPTS- - PETSHOP AU - • AU where Morn is an actual mall, and all of my OCs are pets in a rescue pet store (mostly all are hamsters.) Inspired greatly by Hamtaro with a similar premise to "Secret Life of Pets", this is a lighthearted and feel-good AU. It is still in basic development, and X in this AU is one of three main hamsters (Day/First/X) who help other pets be adopted. More info soon!• - MODERN AU - • Somnio's Modern AU is bare-boned at the moment, and currently has little to no story. It follows Day, First, and X in a modern setting with no magic, and the three are mall cops. This AU is worth mentioning as it is technically still being worked on, however probably won't be delved into any time soon. • - ROYALTY AU - • Somnio's royalty AU exists, but has no story or concepts as of 2/24. This AU follows many of my major OCs as medieval nobility, with Day, X, and First all being royal heirs to different kingdoms. • | |
