Keary is a lively young woman who gets swept up into the supernatural. Unaware of her own fae heritage and her boyfriend's lycanthropy, her normal, boring world gets turned upside down when these things inevitably come to light. Her optimistic and fearless attitude lends itself well to the situation as she navigates this new perspective and carves out a life for herself despite it.

A short, spritely young woman with bouncy, dark red hair and freckles for days. She has a lean, pear shaped body, with red-tinted dark tan skin. Keary tends to wear feminine, flowing clothing, and greens are a favorite of hers. She sometimes has a habit of stealing her boyfriend's oversized hoodies, and often wears a pendant he gave to her. She has a slight gap in her top front teeth that's noticeable when she smiles, and full lips. Keary's heritage is a hodge-podge of cultures, but the two most notable are Irish and Panaminian.

At first glance, one would think Keary a bubbly, cheerful person who seems oblivious to the hardships of the world around her: those that know her better know that her optimism and kindness is a conscious choice in the face of hardship. She is a large believer in second chances and being kind despite the hurt you've been dealt. She's a lot more perceptive than she looks, and has been known to use this trait to get her way. Keary lives for good-hearted mischief, and is a rather good secret keeper, as well. She's also known for being fearless, despite her diminuitive size, and has stared down her fair share of monsters and bullies without flinching.

Born to a pair of perpetually travelling parents, Keary was always hopping from place to place as a child; never staying in one place for too long. Her mother was a travel reviewer and her father a photographer. Through a combination of brief stints of school and homeschooling, Keary grew up, without really forming any strong bonds with friends. Her closest friend was her grandmother, who took her in for a few years to have some semblance of normalcy before she got sick. While gran recovered, she went back with her parents- it wasn't until she hit college that she stayed in one place for more than a year.

Keary obtained a degree in TBA and decided to live with her grandmother due to family concerns- with Gran getting older, the family insisted someone watch her. Keary leapt at the chance, and now lives downtown of a large town.

It's here that Keary meets Anies & Ricky, by fetching a weekly bakery order for her Gran. She quickly becomes a familiar face and, after some flirting, Anies and Keary start seeing each other.

-Keary is 100% not superstitious, except when it comes to things like taking down trees for roads, or stepping in fairy circles. Don't upset the fair folk.
-Keary is part fae! She has minor abilities to charm others and appear lighter weight- meaning she can float to the ground rather than fall, or jump higher than average. She can also vaguely understand animals, and attempt to give them basic commands.
