Appearance

Broad, slightly boxy structure, mostly white with plenty of grass green accents and a few very 60's appearing fins and details in his design. Alt mode is an equally boxy and styled tow truck.

Personality

Generally pleasant and friendly but terribly jaded. Interactions with others are very polite, cordial when appropriate. But in dealing with the red tape of his position and certain less than desirable officials, he is far more curt. It's clear he still hangs onto the hope of his ideals and desire for change in the politics of his own faction which only makes him more stubborn and bullheaded about his eventual goals. Around the people he trusts he's noticeably more relaxed, even prone to cracking bad awkward jokes. He also is really not capable of hiding or masking his true feelings in any manner.

Skills

An inventor and tinkerer of sorts. Works best in trying to find solutions to a problem as opposed to just inventing something for inventions sake.
