chief (real name Jeremy)  is a tough, hard headed police chief. He's the type to shoot first ask later. Sometimes he just out right insults people, he has a strong Scottish accent, he's also the type to sit around and drink coffee all day.

It is unknown how he got the title of chief...maybe he gave the old one amnesia and took his spot hmm...
