Daisy grew up in the budding town of Aurelia during it's prime advancement era. Being the child of two individuals closely intimate with the progress of Aurelia's development, she was promised at a young age that the small, grassroots village would grow into something beautiful. Her parents told wonderous stories of beautiful lofts covered in verdant ivy, and the future soft glow of orange streetlights under a watercolor sky- but little to their knowledge at the time, Daisy never understood what it all meant. When Daisy was old enough to begin learning basic math and other studies, she excelled in all aspects but art. She could never seem to understand that "red" or "blue" were colors- she colored her suns at the top corner of her pages purple, and her skies red. She mismatched the colors of her clothes when dressing herself, and never seemed to comment on anything related to colors. Her parents chalked it up to a brilliant and ever-growing imagination- however after a few physical examinations for her upcoming departure to Isosia's boarding school, her parents had the shock of their lives. After multiple tests, doctors deemed Daisy colorblind. Her parents were frazzled, desperately demanding a cure, however doctors did their best to comfort the grieving couple and unfortunately break it to them that there was nothing they could possibly do. With grief hanging heavy in their hearts, the two of them did everything they could to help their daughter understand what she was seeing- or not seeing in any case.

They were able to still walk her through the basics of her learning, from counting coins to learning the fundamentals of biology and arithmetic; and by the time it came for Daisy to head off to boarding school, she was more than prepared to begin that journey. She spent her twelve years there, learning more complex subjects and their theories, and slowly began to fall in love with the concept of being the one doing the teaching, instead of sitting idly at a wobbly desk. It was her sophomore year that she had finally decided to direct her attention toward becoming a college professor. After all, from the letters she had been receiving from home over the years, and her holiday visits, Aurelia had truly grew into something phenomenal, and she knew that in no time there would need to be a university for those growing up in the valley. Returning home after graduation and seeing the massive progress her now large and bustling town had undergone only spurred her to follow this passion further, applying to a school in the newly developed district as a teacher's assistant for kindergarteners. At present, she still works as a TA, and truly does love her job working with younger individuals more than she thought. The kids love the little charms on her lanyard, as well as her outlandish color matching choices for clothes. Though Daisy cannot see colors, the children know, and do their best to always describe what colors look like to her, which she adores more than anything else.
