A scientist from Byssa who's interested in the possibility of space travel. Since magic only works in the domain of the gods, they've moved to Catalis to look into electricity as an alternative energy source. Unfortunately a merphin with a notebook very earnestly asking how the power grid operates is pretty much the best prank opportunity a spinxyn can ask for.

When they're not cross referencing first-hand spinx accounts to weed out the lies (they're fairly certain at this point the process doesn't involve any hamsters running on wheels), they're holed up in their beach house planning a heist on the west Catalis power plant, because by god they're going to figure this out even if they have to take things into their own goddamn hands.
