born to the dehari clan, ashathari began to exhibit magical abilities at a young age of six. with this discovery, she was fitted with another clan (the serahel) in order to begin to train as that clan's first under the current keeper, veya. now twenty-seven, she's been with the serahel for the vast majority of her life and considers them family. she's well-received and well-loved, garnering the respect of many of her found-kin. though she misses her birth clan, she has essentially resigned herself to life among the serahel. having transitioned around the age of fourteen, her clan had been quick to validate and accept her decision. she was given the tools and support that she needed to begin living her life as a woman (then, girl), and her community's warm rapport never wavered. now an adult, she spends most of her time learning the history of her people and cultivating her magical abilities.
