Wisp

Wisp is sorta like a deity, sorta like a spirit. She had never been alive, but instead was created during the early witch trials as a personification of the people's paranoria and fear. The way she was created is a bit hazy, but her effect on the places she visited was clear. Any small town Wisp passed by would instantly break into riots, her mere presence stirring up fear in the hearts of the bravest men. She wasn't scary, per say, it was just the effect she had on people.  Even now, she causes unrest in the people she's near, though she's got better control over it. 

Wisp seems to manifest where ever there's a mass panic, feeding off of the fear with her second scarf mouth. She has a human form to blend in with the people around her, but she cannot eat in this form, and she also claims that it's "itchy." 

Wisp seems to be a very nervous creature, who doesn't like the harm she brings to people. She's quick to push blame onto people, and will often not trust anyone who shows her kindness. She speaks like she's mad, with a constant flood of words that don't make sense, and a tendency to repeat random phrases she hears. 

Her scarf is a bit of another story. It's a separate entity to Wisp, and though it doesn't have a name, it's got a much different personality. The scarf tends to be more aggressive and mean, but also extremely protective. The scarf is more likely to show affection than Wisp is, though it's more likely to curse you out as well. The scarf also can drag Wisp around as it pleases, and seems to be stronger than Wisp.
