Beowulf is a seraph banished from heaven for putting a loved one before God. He is undyingly loyal even so to a fault and will sacrifice his own mental/physical health for the sake of others. He has a difficult time communicating his emotions or even feeling them to begin with. The parasite in his mouth has taken away his ability to speak although it doesn't affect him too harshly as he already took to only speaking when he had to. Due to not being able to verbally communicate or express himself in an approachable manner many people find him off putting and/or intimidating and choose not to interact with him if they can afford to. He's generally content with his quiet life as long as he has one person he can pour his heart and soul into although fears one day they too will throw him out just as God did him.
