Story:

Jordan was raised by his grandmother from the age of six, and always had a passion for sports, especially basketball. He received a college scholarship through his talent in the sport, and excelled through his first two years.

Jordan became an insect human at the age of 22 after attempting to remove the roaches in his grandmother‘s attic. His grandmother paid no mind to jis differences, but he was soon forced to quit school because of his new insectoid appearance for fear of being discovered.

It didn’t take long to be discovered by Nest representatives, who invited him to enroll at Nest University. He moved out from his grandmother’s house as he decided it would be best for her and enrolled at Nest. He thrives in the company of other insect humans, but visits her during school breaks.

Abilities:

Regeneration: like the cockroach, Jordan has extremely fast acting regeneration and produces his own antibiotics, making injuries merely a minor inconvenience. Because of this, he is able to use hysterical strength without the hindrance of injuring himself because his body is expendable.

Immunity: the cockroach has an extremely powerful immune system and sense of smell, therefore rendering Jordan highly sensitive of, and resistant to, many chemicals and pathogens.

Minor abilities:

  • Lung capacity: can hold his breath for extended periods of time (record of 20 minutes, but that’s pushing it.)
  • Wings: his wings aren’t strong, but he often uses them for height advantage or a jump boost or easy landings.

Ultimate defense mechanisms:

Lazarus: in short—resuscitation. Jordan is physically indestructible to the point of being able to revive himself despite fatal injuries as long as his brain is intact, just as cockroaches can survive without a head and spring back from injury.
