Character Info
A knight that doesn't show much emotional attachment and keeps to himself. Noel is the current captain of the knights much to his father's dismay he let Noel take over due to his old age, though he deems Noel as unworthy but is currently the only son among 5 children. Noel is a survivor of the church's experiments that his family willingly put him through to make up for not having any magic affinity. He lost vision in his left eye through these experiments and eventually losing other senses on that side of his face. The experiments proved to be unsuccessful after adolscence leading Noel's parents to mentally abusing him, Noel started cutting off any sign of weakness leading to his serious demenor. He shows a soft side sparingly when it's towards people he cares about, notably his sisters, Odin and occasionally Altair and Marlais. Noel is one to follow orders to a degree but he has been questioning the current leader's orders as they come off as not her own, and greatly favor the church.

Weapon information - Pistols powered through magic.
Noel has specially made pistols that are a prototype from Lars, they were made as a thank you gift from a previous trip to Arcadia. These pistols run on jewelry that have magic absorbed inside them to be used as ammo. The jewelry used is specially made from Tsubasa as jewelry can be infused with magical elements but at the cost of it only being one time use as the jewel breaks after usage. Noel tries not to use the ammo often as it gets fairly expensive and is limited in numbers since Tsubasa takes time to make it.

They grew up together way before he met Altair, since Anastasius household was set to marry into the mainline due to Noel's family background being very rich in magic users and the possibility of having an all powerful child. Though due to Noel's supposed handicap the marriage was off and passed onto Altair. Noel sees Odin as someone to come to in the place of comfort as Odin seemed to try his best in trying to remain positive and only provide that outlook which was a contrast towards Altair's pessimistic nature at the time. They're the type to offer recommendations for each other and often trade books to share with one another, they prefer more quiet hobbies together leading towards Noel's enjoyment of chess as Odin tried it with him to claim it would help him be a better knight. He has deep feelings for him yet refuses to confess out being scared of ruining what they have.
Altair Auguste von Galanis

Their houses are neighbors with each other, naturally they grew to be friends as back then as children, Altair was more carefree and comforted him when Noel as a child was very prone to his emotions. Their bond grew closer as the revelation that involved Noel's magic affinity became a huge issue, resulting in Altair beginning to realize how messed up the magic system is towards royals making it seem that Noel was just an item for breeding purposes. When Altair began to grow more pessimistic he took it out on Noel resulting in them getting into fights very often. Still devastated after he ran away he knew he lost a friend but at the same time was bitter at his actions towards him, its complicated. After 10 years he still shows he's harsh to him to ensure that he won't let him push him around anymore as he did when they were children.
Marlais Magali Von Allard

Marlais admired him since they were children knowing of his household and being neighbors as well but never pursuing a friendship out of the fear Noel would view him as lower due to Marlais seeing himself as ugly and incompetent. Noel sees Marlais as a trusted ally and at times questions about how he talks about certain subjects but brushes it off as it as he views as his eccentric manner. They hang out even in off time and talk about life stuff such as casual friends do. Noel trusted him as he felt Marlais was as open with what was on his mind as him, but that became iffy grounds when it was found out Marlais was working with Val and put his other friends Odin, and Altair including their kingdom in danger. Noel does keep watch over Marlais when he is kicked out of the knights though now at times bickers with him, he is reluctant to trust again.
Ceda Selene de Adrasteia

Their houses are neighbors to each other and both hold a major significance in Elior. They are on talking terms though Noel has always seen her as a fairly fiesty girl that gets very aggressive and due to his shy personality as a child he did not approach her often unless it was family matters and were left outside the meeting to talk. Noel is at times keeping tabs on Ceda as he tends to catch Altair eyeing her and has known he often describes his ideal type and Ceda fits the image. In the present she often comes up to ask for cooking tips as she wants to cook for Marlais without making him throw it up later. At times they hang out when it comes to talking about matters that relate to wanting to be more likable, Noel thinks she is fine as she is and just tells her to tone down the aggression and Ceda notes that Noel needs to loosen up more.
