Description of Blessings:

Entoloma hochstetteri (common name, Blue mushroom) To say this species of fungus is attractive is an understatement. It is simply stunning to look at! This medium sized mushroom is highly regarded in its native New Zealand, where it grows in forest habitats. Although most Entomola species break down dead organic material, this one, is thought to engage in symbiotic relationships with Nothofagus and Podocarpus tree species! The mushroom is a species of mushroom that distinctive all-blue colour, while the gills have a slight reddish tint from the spores. The blue colouring of the fruit body is due to three azulene pigments. It is not edible, but whether or not it is poisonous is unknown.

The Xerces Blue is a small, brightly coloured butterfly, characterized by iridescent blue on the upper wing surfaces of males, and pale spots below. Originally described in 1852, it was endemic to, and once locally common, in the coastal sand dunes of the upper San Francisco Peninsula, including sites now within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The butterfly preferred stabilized, sandy sites where its low-growing larval host plant occurred! It was of particular interest to scientists, as populations of the butterfly displayed extensive variation on their wing patterns, resulting in several named forms. Unfortunately, growing urban development resulted in extensive disturbance and loss of habitat. By the early 1940s the Xerces Blue was driven to extinction, becoming one of the first and most well-known butterflies in the US lost due to human impact.

Daffodils are one of the earliest flowers to bloom in the spring and are often associated with springtime and rebirth. These trumpet-shaped flowers come in a variety of sizes and colors. Traditional daffodils are sunny yellow, but some varieties are white or pastel yellow and some are even pink or green. The daffodil flower’s message is uplifting and energizing, making it the perfect flower to celebrate new beginnings, or simply express your desire to revive an old relationship. .

Everyday, she spent her free time in her secret magical garden where the flower blooming and the night sky is glittering in darkness. Sometime, the blue moon greet her, just to make sure that the gentle fairy like girl doesn't feel lonely although she still have the Xerces blue butterfly as her best friend.
