Profile
Beellezebub Dukof, or "Bee" for short, is the youngest member of the Dukof Family; the leading Royal Family of the Realm of Demons, The Hive.
She was named after her family's oldest ancestor, Beelzebub, the first Duke of Flies and the rebel who split The Hive from the Realm of Devils long ago. Her mother. Almalzebub tried to groom her from the time she hatched to be a powerful leader like her ancestors. However, on Bee's 20th Birthday when she was to decide whether she wanted to accept her position as Heiress, she refused.
Her mother was, suffice to say, furious at her stubborn daughter, and sent her to the Natural Plane to be locked in a tower guarded by her Aunt Ogi. Bee wasn't phased by this punishment, and decided to just enter Stone-Sleep - a process where Demons turn to stone and slumber for a long period.
One Thousand Years Later, Bee is awoken by a Warrior known as Richard Vanish. He had been led astray by her Aunt Ogi who had created a rumour of Bee being a human princess trapped by a Demon in order to attract food. Unfortunately, the True Love's Kiss he used to wake her would be his last, as when a Demon is disturbed in Stone-Sleep, it consumes the life force of whatever did so.
Richard's Squire, Pido Lemon-Spice, witnessed the entire affair. She was shocked, but after a brief conversation, admits she was only working with him because her family owed his family. Bee, finding out a thousand years had passed, decides she wants to try living as a common Mortal. She asks Pido if she would be willing to help, and Pido, in her flustered glory, says yes.
Bee uses her Demon magic to take on the appearance of a simple human woman named Elle. Intending to live just a simple life, she ends up on a quest of great importance.
