At a glance, Aardvark seems somewhat two dimensional. He’s the Straight Man to the constant clown. He’s usually frowning, protesting whatever latest hijinks is Plau has gotten up to. He tries his best to be responsible, and to look out for others in the caravan. But underneath that grouchy exterior is the heart of a prankster, and a romantic as well. Aard loves playing little harmless tricks on people, or spooking them when they least expect it. When he isn’t pulling little tricks on people, Aard tends to reminisce and lament his lack of love in life, being a sentimental and romantic soul. He has strong feelings on his life as an artist and the conveying of emotion. While he enjoys singing of heroes, he has no illusions of being one himself. He thinks very lowly of himself, in fact, chastising himself frequently for his own cowardice.

Coming apart
While he generally doesn’t like to do it (except for pranks) Aard can untie his limbs from his body and operate them independently in order to create confusions or distractions. However coordinating his other body parts when they are separated from his head is very difficult and awkward, so he cannot perform precision tasks and has a severe handicap to dexterity moves.

Heavy Instruments
Aardvark may not be a fighter but dammit if he doesn’t know how to swing an instrument and which is the heaviest. It can be helpful in a dire emergency.

Musical Mesmerizing 
A skill Aard is less aware of is how he unconsciously weaves his magic into his music. Usually this passive skill simply makes people more receptive to the mood he’s trying to set, however it can also be used to boost morale, or to terrify his opponent.
