DOVE

Nearly 250 years after the end of the world, what used to be settlements struggling to survive in the desolate nuclear wastelands have now grown into self sustaining cities and pseudo-nations. 

Dove lives in one such district called Sinju City, under the pseudo-nation Lumence. It is a city of outlaws and monsters, and Dove has made himself out to be one of the most notorious of them all. As Lumencia struggles to gain control of Sinju City, Dove takes pleasure in playing the antagonist to nearly every party. Crime syndicates, Lumence military police, even petty criminals are subject to Dove’s violent antics, which often include an excessive use of explosives and experimental concoctions of chemicals. His reputation is that of a sadist, one who takes pleasure in the destruction he leaves in his wake. His trademark is his symbolic machete; an Old World weapon, one which he stole from Outlanders when he once wandered the ruinous wastelands outside of Lumence. It was here in the sands that he fought for his life against nuclear mutated beasts, and he himself was affected by the toxic radiation, losing parts of his mind.
