new TOS (as of Nov 8th, 2022)

- Do not lewd my designs or draw/commission explicit/NSFW content of them. In my old TOS, I mentioned this too; however, at the time, I was a minor. I want to clarify that although I am no longer a minor, I am extremely uncomfortable with my designs being used for this kind of content and will still not permit it. I am on the asexual spectrum and sex-repulsed in various ways. Breaking this rule will put you on my blacklist immediately and you will be prohibited from owning any of my designs in the future.

- As of right now, I do not allow my designs to be used in commercial projects such as marketing, for-profit media, mascots for purchasable products/merchandise/commercial use, etc. This is subject to change in the future. Previously I allowed it given that the person asked first and I gave the OK. But working out copyright, credit, and if/how I receive a percentage of profits is too convoluted/complicated and with my current level of experience I cannot deal with these matters at the moment. 

- Do not resell my designs for a higher price than their original value unless they have additional PAID art that accurately increases the characters value to what you are selling it for. Your own art of the character ONLY counts if it is genuine work you did of the character with effort put in; not something drawn quickly just to "bump up the value." Free art from others does not count. Art won in a raffle or giveaway does not count. Art trades do not count. "Doll maker" images DEFINITELY do not count. Etc. All work that is adding to the value MUST be uploaded to the characters profile on the site to prove their validity. Breaking this rule will result in an instant blacklist; you will be prohibited from owning any of my designs in the future. please alert me if anyone has broken this rule. "Secret" resells and transactions /hiding the characters profile to bypass this rule, etc, will result in the same outcome, and also will likely result in a PSA/beware on you because that shit is ABSOLUTELY not ok

- DO NOT INVOLVE MY DESIGNS WITH AI OR CRYPTO OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT AT ALL. like literally DO NOT EVEN INTERACT IF YOU SUPPORT AI OR ARE A CRYPTOBRO. any involvement of my designs with ai/crypto and you will be blacklisted permanently, forbidden from owning any of my designs in the future, put on a beware, and blocked

 - do not redesign my character to a point where it looks nothing like the original character, and then make them a separate character + delete/hide/trade/etc the original design. you will be blacklisted

- I strongly discourage hiding my designs. its not something im very fond of at all. i will warn you a few times if it catches my attention and unless you have an understandable reason for hiding it youll be temporarily blacklisted. failing to reply to warnings will also temporarily put you on the blacklist. deleting my designs will put you on the blacklist indefinitely; perhaps permanently.
