Speaking trait: S-stutters quite a.. a lot, toge-together with long pauses a-and hesitating. His voice d-does not fit his posture.. soft and u-usually calm, hardly ever r-rises, even if Riley is.. angered. S-s-s-tutters happen mo-m.. more often when he’s ne-nervous or-or angry, but th-they seem to disappear when he’s talking about something he likes. Like his pets. Usually his pets. He can also make actual tiger noises and it's hecka cool.

Character traits: Really calm, quiet, enough to be thought to be cowardish, doesn't want to get in anyone's way, though doesn't like being pushed around either and WILL fight back if forced to, tends to babble a little bit, well-mannered.

Specific traits: Really hard to interact with him unless he has a pet, is actually really big for a Mobian and strong looking too, has curled up tail like Tigger, his healing powers work via green, slightly transparent ointment he can produce. If you saw it you could swear it's radioactive waste.

Strengths: 

not sure if thanks to genes or powers, he’s got great immunity to sicknesses and he can handle pain a bit better than an average person thanks to buffness???
he can heal wounds, sicknesses, internal or not
while his powers only heal people, used on himself they can do that, but also make him stronger and more enduring
especially with his teeth, when he focuses his healing on them, he can bite through metal

Weaknesses:

can't fight and prefers to avoid it
his powers work slowly so he can't help with mortal wounds, or fatal diseases
feels guilty of things that aren't his fault very easily
is really shy and can be manipulated

Backstory(short version)

Age:

0: Born to a rather old couple as their first child, his dad being a big ol' powerless but very tough tiger and mom being a lioness with healing powers.

0-12: Living and growing up on parents' farm, yeah! Grows up to be a very polite, but very shy boy who prefers sitting with rabbits and horses and chickens and his dog rather than try and befriend children from school. It also turns out he has his mother's powers.

12: Mom the healer dies, because she loved helping people too much. Using her powers on others made herself weaker to the point where she got infected with a really nasty sickness that she didn't tend to until it was too late. That's about when Riley's stuttering problems start.

12-18: Because of mom's death, dad becomes a very sad person, but cares for Riley twice as much as before, despite teenage Riley starting to blame himself for not helping his mom with his own abilities (even though he couldn't have done that even if he wanted to, his powers were really undeveloped still by this point). Riley in return helps dad as much as he can with the farm, even more neglecting any more attempts at being more social.

18-28: Child isn't child anymore, so it goes studying and getting a job, yeah! He studies veterinary, and takes a nursing course so he can somewhat help people too if need be.

28-29: Dad lands in hospital with the same illness as mom many years earlier, again because he was ignoring the early symptoms. He was too tough and busy to be sick. Riley tries to help him, but the illness is too advanced by that point, and dad dies after a year.

29-30: Much struggles with keeping up the farm alone, has to sell it. Moves out to the city in hopes of getting a good place to do his job, plus in very very little hopes of meeting some people, because the loneliness started to be horrifyingly depressing.

30-31: Okay that's too many people but ok he can do that. Sets up his own veterinary office and lives in a flat above it. One day a little pup gets left at his doorstep, he adopts it and calls it Persephone as it turns out to be her. Soon the spiral can't be stopped and he ends up with more pets, namely persian cat Aurora and siamese Emily, and white bunny Dove.

31: Being a vet + nurse turns out to be kinda rather profitable because people in this city just love slaughtering each other and innocent creatures on the way. Riley gets to travel! Both as a tourist and to work, because why not. He brings back three more pets from his travels, two green little parrots Toffee and Nouggat, and later on a taipan snake named simply Taipan. Yep.

32-33: His animals are a blessing and the main thing that makes him interact with others, and he actually meets some people he considers friends. Things aren't so bad right now.

34-35: Holy shit he's got friends? Like... there's Lady who he consistently asks to petsit his animals, and- and he's got an assistant now? How did this happen?
