Cendra

Fiercely loyal and usually sweet as can be, Cendra is devoted to the Ga'Hoole tree and the tracking chaw. She gives everyone the benefit of the doubt, though she tends to hold a grudge if you cross her. She's a skilled tracker, as well as clever and innovative. Loves adventure, travel, and helping others.

She's a large owl, with thick, fluffy plumage and strong legs. Her feathers are mainly black, dark grey, and dark brown, with some lighter feathers on the underside of her wings and tail. She has three spots on her forehead. She has a small "collar" of light grey feathers around her neck that look like a smudge of ash, giving her her name.

Strengths: Skilled tracker, excels along riverbeds, beaches, and near streams, where other owls often have difficulty. She's fierce and brave, always looking for adventure. She's got a quick wit and strong instincts.

Weaknesses: Passionate often to the extreme, she tends to go overboard very quickly, often quick to argue. Although rarely disinclined toward anyone, she is vindictive towards those that have wronged her (or, worse, her friends). Often ignores impulse control and is known to be flighty at times. Swears like a seagull; no owl word is too bad to slip from her beak, much to the chagrin of the nest-maid snakes.
