Ophelia comes off as very sweet and caring, as well as an elegant presence. She is very good at listening to others and giving advice when need be. Her voice is sweet sounding, yet holds a lot of authority in it as well. 

The main concern of Ophelia is how both mobians and their hybirds are treated. She wants to make sure they are well taken care of and not attacked. Though she also feels the same way with inkdrians and seedrians, but not as passionately. 

Ophelia was raised by her mother in Polvora, who was a priestess of dreamweaver. When she was very young news of a "disease" that was plaguing mobians and their hybrids, seemingly turning them into vicious monsters. Pictures were flooding newspapers and all the radio stations, reporting about all the carnage these beasts were causing. This is when she got her first color, a deeper red, representing blood. Soon after the first reported "monster hunter" killed one of the rampaging beasts. The land was thrown into a weapon revolution, deadly and more effective weapons were now being made in hopes of keeping the monsters at bay. 

As she grew up hateful words falling out of their leader, Rhys Marsh's, mouth about his digust towards mobians only fueled peoples hatred and fear of any mobian. Ophelia found herself being pushed around and yelled at by the citizens and other workers of the church, for the soul fact she was a mobian hybird. She never took this to heart, not wanting to give them the sick satisfaction they wanted. Her second color appeared at this time, dusty rose. A mixture that meant passion and war to her. 

In the early stages of her adult life Opherlia was getting tired of the bloodshed and violence that occurred everyday. Something in her mind was telling these events weren't natural, something was up. So in desperation she kept praying to Dreamweaver and Stargazer, begging them to send her a sign or anything that would help. As she was praying her final color was set in, white. Not soon after Ophelia found a rebellion that was called "The Rising" that was full of mobians, hybrids, seedrians, and inkdrians alike. With full time researches that were trying to find out why mobians were suddenly turning into monsters. None of them were prepared for the real answers to that.
