Looks like walking cane for blind with glamour. It can be used multiple times in a row but cant really control destination. broken. can lead to the In-Between where the Dusty Men are.

A boy was taken at a young age by a dangerous True Fae known as The Black Rabbit. In Arcadia the boy was forced to live underground in a place called The Warren in constant fear, forced to undergo constant trials and tests of survival. The boy became quite good at this and so caught the eye of the Black Rabbit. Seeing potential the fae remade the boy to be more useful. He made the boy female, renamed them Bronagh, and would eventually come to use this changeling woman to bear his children to create more forces to fight some foe only The Black Rabbit knew. Her potential continued to grow to the point that she was essentially his Right Hand. Bronagh did so dutifully, as she was in Arcadia and those lands affect deeply the mind as well as her Fae Keeper's powers over her.
But, one day, with the help of another rabbit, she escaped. In the escape she found her artifact, the pitchfork, and also received the title of Autumn Archon, a powerful judge and arbiter among Changeling and Fae society to settle disputes of the Wyrd (a Star Wars Force-Type power in the universe that subtly influences all Arcadia, Fae, and Changelings).
She joined with the other Seasonal Archons and together they worked to settle differences, assign new leaders of Goblin Markets, save a time stuck town, and even kill a couple True Fae.
After her adventures with her team ended and they successfully defeated an outer god bent on universal destruction, she was forced to make a deal with the Black Rabbit to complete her durance. Part of the deal was that she would also bear him one last child, his successor. Bronagh agreed and then was left in control of The Warren and inherited the title and powers of The Black Rabbit (the Fae Black Rabbit made a deal to become The Rabbit in the Moon, a big step up).
What should have been a normal pregnancy became one of 3 years due to fae weirdness. During this time she could not leave The Warren and so could not fulfill her duties as Autumn Archon. Eventually Bronagh enlisted the help of a new group to Changelings (including Soyuz) and a contact in the Underworld to remove the unborn fae from her. She then removed her title as Guardian of the Warren and moved her changeling rabbit legion and herself back to the Archon Clocktower.
