Queen Rutabaga

This is Holly's mother; Queen Rutabaga the Tsareena! The Queen of Soda Jungle!

Queen  Rutabaga is a very kind-hearted and talented queen. She lives happily  in her jungle kingdom with her husband King Woodrow (a Shiftry), and her  many Bounsweet and Steenee daughters, including Holly, the princess and  future heir to the throne! She cares for her family greatly, and is  greatly supportive of them. She wishes the best for her children, and  hopes that Holly's future reign as queen is as wonderful and glorious as  hers.

The Queen is surprisingly a very active  Tsareena! She loves to dance, swim, and play sports. She's a fantastic  swimmer, and even leads a Steenee synchronized swimming team; her  favorite sport of all! She's also an expert ballerina, and often teaches  her daughters how to dance ballet like her. In battle, she treats her  opponents with great respect and admiration, although she is quite  playful as well; after a battle, she sometimes playfully pokes her new  friends' cheeks with her feet. What a cheeky queen~ X3

She  loves to show her legs to her admirers, and always keeps them nice and  shiny. They're also her most ticklish spots, along with her crown!
