Background -

Shio is a guy who really likes science in the pokemon world, so much that he became the region pokemon professor. He was inspired by the other professors in other regions and the one that was prof before him. He was always an adventurous person and would go exploring a lot in different landscapes on his region. He had to settle down a little after his son August was born but as soon as he was old enough to move around, Shio took August on some of his trips too. Shio also really liked poison and grass types; he had liked grass types more when he was younger but one day he was watching some poison type pokemon interact with each other and thought it was fascinating. When his Oddish became a Vileplume later on, he thought it was the cutest thing ^^ He makes sure to stock up on a LOT of paralyze heals and antidotes lol.  

 Shio is not much of a pokemon battler, he rather travel with his pokemon and play with them than put them against other pokemon. However he does train them sometimes, since when he travels he never knows what may happen. 

Shio isn't much of a shy person, but he gets awkward when speaking in public or when someone watches him too strongly when talking. He only makes eye contact when it is absolutely necessary, otherwise when speaking to someone he'd occupy himself with a task (if in his lab) or just stare in the person's direction but not at them when waiting for a reply.

Pokemon Team:

- Vileplume: His Main Pokemon. He had it since it was an Oddish.

- Leafeon: His second pokemon. He has a eeveelution that evolves when at certain area's, similar to his son's Glaceon. This shows his tendency to travel, in a way.

- August | His son and apprentice in the lab. He thinks he's becoming a great help around and is glad he is responsible, since Shio can travel more freely now wit hi his son in charge of the lab when he's away.

-Juleon | His friend and former neighbor. He sometimes thinks about how he's doing. Sometimes he'd go visit the place where he works but Juleon is either too busy to see him or not around for some reason.

-Proton | Juleon's son. It's been many years since he went missing but Shio still keeps a picture frame of him and August when they were kids.
