Gallio

Son of a revered archivist and governor-- Gallio truly has it made and could go the rest of his life without needing to lift a finger, if he'd apply himself in a few simple ways.
However... He refuses to take responsibility but in an underhanded, lazy manner... He has a lot of attitude (good and bad), but when it comes to his duties, he sure does lose his backbone real quick.
He spends far more of his time finding ways to avoid his duties rather than tackle them and be done with it all, and lingering around the town that houses the Yasiara provides that.

Outside of the 'work' his father tasks him, he's very cheery and boisterous. He's not nearly as clever as he lets on-- he's gotten so good at avoiding his duties that he has a few tricks up his sleeves concerning only that.
Everything else... Well... He's not bright. Whatsoever. Of course he will be the first to deny such an accusation, as he does have a heaping amount of pride and vanity.

TRIVIA AND NOTES:
-He also goes by Gally or 'Lio, depending on how friendly/close one is with him!
-Easily distracted when it comes to entertainment/diversions, lol.
-Can eat his weight for every meal, but he holds back if the company around him is stingy or stuffy.
