She's cold and emotionally distant on the outside, as she takes her job as what it is-- a job. She doesn't have feelings most times or is relatively neutral, lacking empathy. That is, until Kouta befriends her. Being blunt and to the point, she doesn't always understand the nuances of emotions in people. She's aggressive when things she cares for are threatened, and with enough work can be softer to people she takes a liking to.
