bad tempered yet lazy. Tokyo is a lay about that can be incredibly protective due his past actions. He doesn't do much but when he does, he's normally outside watching the moon and being a loner. The only person he tends to have fun with is his brother, Ashley.

Relationships
Tokyo's younger brother. They have a strange relationship but they are still pretty tight knit. Tokyo has his moods so he can't entirely cope with Ash's enthusiasm and he just slopes off to find somewhere to brood. He still loves his brother though and he is willing to beat someone up for him even though Ash doesn't really need the help.
Shiki is Tokyo's younger twin brother he does not get along with and has ceased to remember his entire existence.
