An older man you barely knew growing up. As he was a few years ahead of you, there was never much interaction. He was quiet and you heard from your parents that his father was a notorious alcoholic. He moved away from his father's home very young and began work at the local lumber mill. Upon your return, he still works there, and has a small cabin on the outskirts of town.

On the outside, Foster seems like a grumpy loner that only comes into town for the necessities. Despite being such a big guy, he has a knack for appearing and disappearing without anyone noticing. He moves quietly and methodically, and is actually quite good with his hands. In his time off, he carves wooden sculptures and sells them at the Farmer's Market on Sundays. Because of his size, he can be quite intimidating, but truthfully he is quite softhearted and a little bit shy.
