A witch who got her heart stolen by a trickster and in her dying helplessness summons a demon as a last desperate resort. The demon agrees to help her out in exchange for a part of her soul, retrieves her heart and makes the adjustments to make it beat in her chest again. With their agreement, she has to do some favors now and then. And with her new tailored heart, new and bigger powers arise in Juniper.

Oh yeah and her hair changes color each time you look at her with fresh eyes.
