The father of Ira. Once known as Mane-of-Thorns, he was a young Beta that had inherited his father's position as the head of a small, rural Lion-blood clan. He was a chosen to sire the Hybrid Beta and betrothed to Makarios, whom he hosted for their pairing. After discovering her role in the underground rebellion, he joined the cause and helped her in her search for some long-buried answers.
After his daughter was born, Thorn raised her for a brief time until the Alphas had them separated - sending the young "Sola" to be re-homed in a domestic manor, while Thorn was transferred to another clan.
