GENERAL/BASIC DESIGN TOS:
Please don't remove my credit, whether it's the toyhouse credit or my logo/signature! Please also credit me off-site if reposting my art! Also, please warn me if you're deleting the character off this site- I use TH as a way to list my designs!
You're 100% free to change the design however you like- just please don't alter my artwork super drastically (hue changes/edits are fine), and if it's super different, please make your own art for the change!
If you got my design for free from me (free as in no money was involved, meaning trade/gift/etc), please ask before selling them for monetary gain- I'd prefer for them to remain free (you can still trade or gift them!), but I'm down to make exceptions in cases!
Commercial use in the small/independent sense (eg; comics, personal/small scale merch, games, novels, charms, prints, vtubers/png tubers, etc) is completely ok (in fact, please show me! I think that's really neat)! All I ask is that you make/commission your own artwork for commercial uses. Mass-produced/corporate commercial use (eg; mass-produced larger items such as plushes, t-shirts, funded campaigns, etc) will have to be discussed.
Most importantly and in general, please be fair to anyone you're trading and/or selling with! Overpricing a design of mine unfairly to take advantage of others is something I really don't appreciate.
I have an extended design TOS here (it's... more strictly worded), but it covers a lot more if you have any questions! If that's not covered, don't be afraid to ask! Thanks for looking!
