Info: Thal is from a land called Tha'vin, he's only partly pokemon. He takes more after his mother when it comes to his species (instead of feline he's simian) he's what's called a healer, he has no actual moves. He's not bipedal but can stand on two legs for a short amount of time. He's usually seen with a smug grin on his face.
Other notes: His left ear has a notched in it, one fang is always showing, and he has freckles. and he has a white patch of fur around his left eye. His tail is white.
