Wakili

Dr. Wakili is a male Spotted Hyena. He is your typical evil mad scientist villain character. 

Being laughed at for his grand ideas for society and never getting enough money for his inventions, he turned his back on ever doing good for the common folk and went into the career of...

EVIIIIIIIIIIIIL!

With his odd appearance and loud, eccentric mannerisms, he tends to scare anyone off. That constant villainous monologuing and crazed laughter doesn't help. 

Speaking of his laughter, he does it... a lot. 99% of the time, it's not a good thing. He'll typically punctuate it with an "I'm so pissed off right now!" or "IT'S A TIC!". Usually it's maniacal laughter or uncontrollable laughing because of stress/anger. It's closer to how a real hyena laughs: as a sign of nervousness, excitement, frustration, or when they're eating. OH, how he giggles when he's eating. Never trust an evil laughing hyena!

He laments the fact his parents wanted him to be a lawyer (even NAMING him "lawyer" in Swahili) and is proud of the fact he got the more "superior" career of (mad) scientist instead. He tends to echo this alone in his lab. (I guess he's talking to you? But, how does he know that you're there?)

If he seems impressed with your talent, he'll want to team up with you! If you say yes, you'll do great evil together! However, if you say no, he'll want to take that talent from you by force; by any means necessary. (He quite laments Di "wasting" her intellect on being a physician, while ironically wasting his on being evil. Dumbass.)

He also seems to hate the fact that other hyenas are "goody-goodies" and resemble nothing like how they're portrayed in film. 

Speaking of goody-four-paws, he hates Captain Galaxy with a PASSION. He can't stand how idealistic and happy he is with his family and seeks to destroy him. And, then take over the world! No, no, wait. It was stealing his powers, using them to power his supersuit, THEN killing him, then enslaving all animalkind for turning their backs on him. Phew!

With messy black and white hair, a long neck, very little spots on his body, a kinky tail and a big, blue nose, he's quite a sight to behold. He usually doesn't wear much but his Howie-style labcoat, some black gloves and boots... annnnd a green pair of swirly glasses. Probably not going to hypnotize you if you stare into them long enough... 🙄😳🤤😩😴✨☁🤡

A common running joke/physical gag is that the end of his jagged tail is a singe mark from the various experiments he does (usually involving something hot or electric) hitting it. It's constantly smoking. 

His main invention is a giant robot known as the "Hyaenidroid", which, as you can guess, resembles a hyena. He stands on top and controls it. He swears that it'll help him take over the world one day...
