toritz is a mesmer from the college of magnolia. he graduated a long time ago but is employed by the school doing god knows what, though he mostly spends time harassing people and being weird.
toritz acts pretty aloof at times, and he seems generally disconnected from what's going on around him at times. it's a wonder if you can even get him to listen to you half the time. that said, he cares about two topics above all else: magic, and himself. if you can get him interested in either of those two topics, he'll talk for lengths about the developing spell styles of different cultures or how much better he is than you at just about everything.
toritz is tall and pretty lanky. his nationality is unknown because he always wears these garish full body purple robes and a giant fish mask over his face. people in the school of mind tend to wear masks when they're at the campus, but few people wear them seemingly 24/7 like toritz does.
