TRIVIA
Despite sharing a mutual hatred with Serek, the only thing he probably hates more than him are other djinn. He doesn't like humans either, but at least he tolerates them even if he thinks they're greedy and stupid.His artifact is a ring, the only accessory Serek was wearing at the time besides earrings.
While he's much older than Tsavo, he keeps his shape much smaller than her and prefers to walk rather than float, making his manners more human-like than that of a djinn.
His aura colour is blue, indicating he's an older and very intelligent djinni.
Djinn do not reveal their true names, for whomever possesses that can seal them in an artifact and control them as they wish. All my djinn characters are nicknamed after gemstones, often resembling their eyecolour, and "Chrysos" is named after "Chrysoberyl".

DESIGN NOTES
He always wears a tight mask that covers half his face and neck/collarbone.
He always wears sleeves that covers his wrists and similarily his ankles. Later he starts wearing bandages under them that reach to his elbows/calves, as well a crop-top.
His hair is naturally rather curly so he keeps it short because it's a nuisance.
He wears close to no accessories. He has three piercings in his ears (right: one, left: two) and seems to dislike jewellery in general.
BACKSTORY
A KING'S REBIRTH
In "A King's Rebirth", Chrysos is an old and tired djinni.
He's sick of djinn, he's sick of humans. But one day, a strange child appears in town. Hair as red as blood and eyes as bright as flames. Normally, Chrysos would pay no mind to a human child, but there was something only he and no human could see. A fierce aura oozed from them, untamed and growing, in a deep, dark colour.
VAGARY
In "Vagary", Chrysos is the maincharacter.
The story takes place long before Serek's story, when Chrysos was much, much younger. Still as chatty as ever, but with a less prominent frown. Often mistaken for a human child, a lot of djinn seemed attracted to him and his "strange aura". While it's not too rare for human children to be able to see djinn, they still found him most peculiar.
Along his travels, more and more creatures decide to tag along or offer him help. While he much rather prefer to be alone, he doesn't reject them either. But where exactly is he going? Treasure and riches don't seem to interest him and he's capable of fight and magic. Wherever he seems to be going, it appears to be a long journey.
He seems to be looking for something.
