Antibiotic used to be a teste subject in a clandestine lab. after the lab was taken down it try to lives a normal life but have a very fragile body and need constat visits to the local hospital, due to the weird experiments they did on its body. It may be a bit insecure and depressive but rly enjoy company and caring it never got when younger.
It currently lives together with it's caretaker Basorexia, in Canterlot.
