Notes: panny is the silly type who spends 99.9% of their time clowning around and goofing off even at moments that are a bit inappropriate for it. They love to make people laugh and they can't help it, they're super friendly and affectionate and will die if they don't get at least one hug a day. A bit of a clutz and a mess maker. Can be very loud. Has no notable occupation but somehow still accumulates a ton of money, no one knows where it's coming from.
