Tei's not the perfect example of an Irken soldier, but he's not the worst either. He's good at his job, but he'd be better if he tried to take things a bit more serious and at least showed up to his shift in time.
Tei is probably the closest friend Wone has, which doesn't say a lot since the guy doesn't seem like the most friendly irken. Despite his cold exterior and strict protocol, Tei still enjoys Wone's company and goes out of his way to bother the guy. And I mean really bother him. He's probably the only one who bothers to get to know Wone and try to read him. He doesn't seem to be able to read his own feelings though.
An Irken Call
While he has a minor role in An Irken Call, he does have some key moments. The story starts with him and will most likely end with him too. He takes things in stride and doesn't let small inconveniences bother him too much, but that might also become his downfall.
