"Mr. Sandglass Sandman, bring me a dream!"

So, who is the Sandglass?
There are a lot of answers to this question; a god. a middleman, the embodiment of this and that...
All of those are right, but yet... wrong at the same time.
To put it simply, they're a god. More specifically, the god of time and timelines (and universes by extension, but moreso the first one.) They stand at a proud 12'6"/381 cm in full height, but can easily change their physical appearance as they see fit. Their goal, as a part of their job, is to maintain the flow of time and to observe and record the happenings in a timeline, as well as eradicating anything that threatens the flow of time, profiling people, and anything else that would have to do with records. As such, they are, on a personality standpoint, perceptive, wise, very intelligent, and generally hold themselves with a regal disposition. Most artistic depictions of them have their skin made of flowing sand, plentiful amounts of hair that projects galaxies, a gold facemask to hide their mouth, and the most notable trait of theirs... their three eyes, which allows them to see everything, no matter how far it may be. Physically and temporally.
As you might infer, this implies that they have the ability to see into someone's past, future, and any other calamitous event that can plague their existence.
The truth is, they can. It's a part of their god powers.
They just won't tell you that right off the bat. Due to the weight of their knowledge, any leak of their information could potentially change a person forever, whether it be through existential crises, defiance of fate, or something far worse.
After all...
No one would quite like having to bear something unfortunate, would they?
