Confetti Cake

Confetti is a friendly baker that loves sweets, baking, and shiny things. They are also a party planner. They are a mixed-breed dragon (furred, feathered, and Quetzalcoatl). They are intersex, agender, and uses they/ them pronouns. Their powers are food physiology, food manipulation via emotions, and sprinkles/ confetti/ sparkles generation and manipulation.
