[WIP] Psitta Cifora

A harpy from Fontanelle sent to be trained as a student and eventually join Heaven College's permanent forces. It's a high honor, which makes people wonder why Psitta was chosen. She's loud, cheerful, friendly, and curious - the exact opposite of what Fontanelle tries to create. Little does Psitta know, she was specifically chosen because she was having too much of an influence on other harpies back home; due to her below-average performance in battle and inconvenient personality, Psitta was chosen to be sent to Heaven College with the expectation that she'd die, or at the very least have the life sucked out of her. Her expertise lies in spears, but she's far more interested in chatting than fighting.
