Name: Albertus Felbridge
Gender: male
Birthday: 13/Feb
Species: Skeleton (monster)
Friends: Grillby, Velveteen, Sans, Mistral (daughter), Undyne, Asgore

When Albertus Felbridge was younger he was a member of the royal guard. Despite this he was better known for being a party boy and a rather heavy drinker. Truth was he was still distraught over his parents who fell down (monster version of death) shortly after he was accepted into the guard; he used drinking and whatever else he could to numb his feelings. This trend continued on for some time till his daughter was born; Albertus was honestly shocked when the woman he had a fling with showed up at his door and dumped a kid on him before taking off. At first he freaked out, he had no clue what to do with a child! After a long time of trying to calm down he decided that this wasn't something he could run from. That if he did abandon this kid, he'd never be able to forgive himself because sure he was a jerk but he wasn't cruel.

Caring for someone other than himself opened his eyes to what he was doing with his life. That what he had been doing wasn't how his parents would have wanted him to behave. For the sake of his daughter he tried to kick his drinking and reckless behavior and instead focus on giving little Mistral the best chance at life. Albertus ended up quitting from the guard in order to have more time with his daughter and instead found a job working in a restaurant in New Home. After a long and grueling withdrawal period he managed to quit drinking and has been sober ever since. All in all his life was on the up and up all thanks to Mistral.

He still likes to play cards at the local bar every now and then but refuses to drink. Now a days he's known for his terrible run of luck when playing cards.

Additional info

  • Albertus is completely wrapped around Mistral's finger. This allows her to get away with quite a few things...
  • Albertus isn't very good at showing emotions except to his daughter. He's not sure what to do when others praise him or show affection.
