Wandering barefoot across the beach, following the shore and feeling the breeze.
Things are calm and beautiful. You even spot a gorgeous shell down the way. Thinking of the memories it could hold, you reach out for it - only for someone to burst out of the waves and grab it before you. Right before your eyes scales disappear and the seemingly aquatic creature is just as seemingly terrestrial. She plucks the shell from the sand and inspects it excitedly, ears fluttering along with her. Upon realizing you exist however, she jumps and bows - handing the shell over to you while muttering congratulations on finding such a piece. Perhaps, you let her keep it purely for the sudden burst of kindness she shows.
Aura is far from a boring Grem. She seems to constantly be on the move and running about, doing her own thing and things for others.

Design Notes...
Body Type: Each mantagrem has two forms, an aquatic form and land form. Below the water, they have their wings fully out to glide to amazingly deep depths to catch prey. On land, they are able to make their wings and tail shrink to small sizes (or disappear!) in order to reduce weight on their bodies. Despite being able to be on land, they cannot stay there without having their bodies hydrated.
Mantagrem: Mantagrems are an aquatic species that live primarily in lakes and oceans. These hybrids can grow up to amazing lengths, the longest recorded one being up to 11 feet long. They have traits akin to the mantashark species, sporting a thick hairless hide meant for gliding through water, a shark-like tail, and mantaray’s fins with characteristic eyes shown on each wing.
