Resident rich-man, retired artist who did a lot of drugs in the late 70s and 80s, Charles' boss. He owns an old radio tower on an English moor because he damn well could, re-purposing it into a painting studio. In Kandi's world, he's the great 'Professor Pondécherry', part man, part gryphon, and 'head wizard' of sorts. He's both terrifying and wonderful to her, and she looks up to him.
